Windrose Conference & Meeting Center

Located in the heart of Chehalem Valley and Oregon’s premier wine country, Windrose is richly decorated and beautifully appointed, creating a formal, yet relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Remodeled to resemble fine European libraries and gardens, Windrose makes the ideal setting for business meetings, strategic planning meetings, board retreats, or an executive escape.

Although Windrose can accommodate up to 50 people, it makes a perfect place for smaller groups of 10-25.

Windrose has an exclusive use policy which means when you have your meeting or retreat here, your group is the only one here at any one time – You have exclusive use to the property and facilities. Breaks and Lunches on the patio, walk in the gardens, take the trail to the the creek – It is all yours to enjoy.

When you reserve your meeting date(s), your group will receive all of the following services:

1500 square feet of meeting space on the second floor with fireplace
1000 square feet in downstairs meeting room with fireplace and kitchen TV/VCR
Overhead projector, overhead pull down screen, flip charts, easels, felt pens
Conference calling
InFocus projector
Wireless high-speed (broadband) internet connection
Coffee, tea and hot water all day
Tables, chairs and seating capacity for 50 people
Large enclosed brick courtyard with seating area
Smaller fountain courtyard with seating area
Complete access to back yard, gardens and more seating area

Catering

We are very flexible with your lunch/dinner options. You may choose to bring your own food or have it catered. We can order out, recommend a wide array of catering services and are happy to work with you on choosing the best option for your group.
