Directions from I-5 North or South

Take the Tualatin/Sherwood exit and turn west past the Tualatin Fred Meyer. Stay on the Tualatin/Sherwood Road all the way to Sherwood, which is about 4 miles.

Directions from 99W North (From Sherwood)

When you get to Sherwood, there is a large intersection with a light, that is 99W. Turn West (left) onto 99W and go approximately 8 miles to Newberg. 99W splits when you get into the old downtown part of Newberg, then comes back together on the west end of Newberg.

Right when it comes back together, there is a Dairy Queen on your left and you will be going over RR tracks. This comes on you very quickly. Veer off to the right IMMEDIATELY after the RR tracks – it is not a 90 degree turn, but a veer. Go 2 blocks to the stop sign. Go straight for 1 more block and I am the 2 big red buildings on the right.

Directions from 99W South (from McMinnville)

Just prior to Newberg, look for the Shell Station on the right. Immediately on the left, look for an old white house with a blue tin roof. Get in left turn lane and turn left onto 2nd Way. Go 1 block and turn left onto 1st Street. I am the 2 big red buildings on the right.

Parking

The parking lot is before you get to Windrose so look for the parking sign on the right and turn right into the lot

Tour Windrose

Outside

Our facility boasts estate lawns, rock walls surrounding gardens, short round-trip trail to Hess Creek and several seating areas for relaxing or taking a nice walk between meeting sessions.

We also have a large brick courtyard and a smaller fountain courtyard which make the perfect back drops for breaks, lunches, break-out sessions, events, wine and appetizer receptions or just about anything!

Inside

The downstairs parlor, or reception room, has a comfortable sofa with leather chairs and a kitchen to help with catering or lunches (no stove or oven). You can sit in front of the fireplace and read the paper and have a cup of coffee before your meeting.

Upstairs, there is 1500 square feet of meeting space to give you the space and comfort you need. All A/V equipment, including InFocus projector, screen, conference call phone and wireless internet services are all included in the price of your event or meeting.

All of Windrose is decorated to make you feel like you are in an old English library and makes you want to pause and sit by the fire or out in one of the courtyards under an umbrella. You can even access your computer and email while out in the courtyard with the hi-speed wireless!
